What's going on?

Sometimes reality breaks out in a very not understandable way. Especially when violence takes place instead of dialogue. I am really stunned by things happened in these last days.
In Turkey seems that a new era (the darkest imaginable) has begun. After the decision of the Constitutional Court to ban the DTP party, riots and anger poured out in the streets. Even here in Istanbul, in Tarlabaşı, the district where I lived until last August, people came down and fought the police just to express their frustration. In the streets where I used to go and shop, meet friends and, after all, live, I saw scenes of unspeakable violence. It was only a miracle if nobody was dead.
The strategy of AKP (the islamist majoritarian turkish party) to solve its way the kurdish question, went to pieces after the decision of the Constitutional Court. I never thought that strategy could bring to a final solution, because much more than trying to get an agreement with the DTP (expression of the majority of the kurdish population), AKP tried to get the votes of the kurdish population. It was a strategy fated to failure. However, some unprecedented results were coming: a long cease-fire with the PKK, political openings to the Kurds.
Who takes advantage from this decision? The nationalists, the army, that's clear. They assured a long life to their old enemy and thus to themselves. It should be interesting to know the opinion of the leaders of PKK. I will not justify the decision of the Court, however a week ago a seemingly independent group of PKK attacked a patrol of the Turkish army and 7 soldiers died and cease-fire was over. Just a few days later the Constitutional Court gave its decision. Well, strange, isn't it? Anyway I can not believe that the decision came only for this reason. It's obvious that they had prepared it since a long time.
What will happen now? Nobody can imagine. But the uncertainty is very big, now. It seems that Turkey fell back to its darkest old times.
DOWNLOAD AND LISTEN HERE THE INTERVIEW I RELEASED TODAY TO RADIO ONDA D'URTO (Italian language).
Yesterday we saw the face of Berlusconi in blood. A man with psychical problems punched him. We don't need this. I want to see Berlusconi fly away in the night like a fugitive one day very soon. I want to see him escape like a criminal (as I think he is), out of Italy. And I want to see him end his days in a far away country, afar from Italy. Maybe it should be better to see him in jail, but he is already an old man, so I would prefer him to spend his last days as a fugitive. Until that day I don't think I will move back to Italy.
Anyway in these days many strange things are happening, the daily reality is upside-down. Everything is changing so quickly that I can only say: "what's going on?". We must be ready, men, changes are not over, have just started. It will not be easy to earn anything good, but we must try. The mules still have to give birth. Don't forget!
